Stand in a power pose for 2 minutes before going on stage. Hands on hips, chest out, shoulders back.
Close your eyes and visualize yourself winning. See the crown, hear the applause, feel the confidence.
Box breathing: Inhale 4 counts, hold 4 counts, exhale 4 counts, hold 4 counts. Repeat 3 times.
Repeat: 'I am confident. I am prepared. I am worthy of this crown.' Say it until you believe it.
